Where the Heart Goes:

Before I am a tree again leaned against a plotted earth.
A sky so terrified to see- are wounded necks have broken

The sanctuary under siege.

While the storms will not pause and

pain too great a terror to bear.
I’ll sing the old spiritual hymn- “Walk on Dear Children”
Before the rocks cry out no- hiding place.
Love will put her arms around us
Love will be a warm embrace

Love will bear us up- before

we are trees again. ~Krissy Mosley
