Today is the day I will be taking some time away
to reflect,
to pray,
to live.
to smile,
to be well,
be back soon…..
it will take everything
to watch my soul drift
like a fountain –
setting sail for the first time….
Poet Krissy Mosely
A List of things that bring good feelings:
1) Working in my garden, I have two strawberries growing from my milk carton hydroponic …
2) Staying in touch with friends and family
3) Enjoying the journey, relishing the small steps
4)Doing things without judgment or self criticism
5) Keep going, you got this…
6) Take the gentle reminders, nothing wrong with that
7) Giving Self Hugs -trust your worth it
I’ll continue the journey because of this understanding. Being in the journey: relishing in the good times, the rejection times, the times of uncertainty, in the times where I feel limited, in the times when the limitations come off.
I’m finally to the point where I can, feel good about the process. Not so focused on -what I can accomplish. More so, allowing the peaceful mindset of no matter what happens to be the center. And no matter what comes, stay in the center. Make peace with it. ….💙
I’ve been missing in action for a while, working on sunflowers in my backyard. In the world’s devastation, once again
I find my prayers sowing & seeping, planting and reaping. There are days where human words cannot reach, only spirit sprigs the breach,
your spirit, sit next to my spirit, be still, in all the chaos of the wind.
Weep with me, that our souls may find sanity,
help me to believe in better days
around the sun ,
unconsumed by the flood….
The heart of a book, is something whispered over and over again until you can’t help but to pen-to-heart . I believe the mystical -magic is in the wonder. Will the words come? How the pages fly?
Unfold like the bones of old shaken souls. Ignite the power, the soul of my pen. Maybe for the next generation. Maybe comfort for the moment.
Empty out this soulish cry. In tears, in hope, in gratitude. These are the words that chose me. Whispers that creep..
Followed by: moan-full prayers drifting. Salt-full beginnings,
watch the darkness flee,~ Kindness sister Krissy
Sometimes change is standing still,
out in the middle of nowhere watching the breeze comb through the sky, sitting down at the banks of river, tip, the scales of grace- while the waters are flowing and the green grass tickles the heels of ivory sand.
Lay down in the coolness of the day being loved in all that God made watching me, and me watching God and God walking in the silence
and silence blowing back a smile in my direction . that’s how I knew I was something God made and God was there eavesdropping goodness …~kindness sister Krissy

I am Eva -former refugee, doctor and a writer. My parents were Holocaust survivors, I escaped communism. I wrote a novel, mixing family stories and fiction. A novel about Holocaust, communism, racism and emigration. What makes people leave, and what happens to the ones who do, and to the ones who stay. I believe these old stories are more important now than ever before.
